Often referred to as economy, combo or small vans this type of van is easy to drive and useful for small loads, and as a result is popular with couriers, electricians through to florists. It's little more than an estate car with a higher load area and no seats in the back, making it very easy to drive, whilst still easily able to carry small white goods (e.g. washing machines, or work equipment).

Low running costs, fuel efficiency and cheap insurance due to their size and with a secure, non-visible cargo area with handling the same as a car makes them very versatile. The only consideration when driving them to be aware of is the restricted or zero visibility available directly behind, so be careful when reversing.
